How does the vendor selection process work?
We start by gathering business and user requirements, then help clients shortlist 2–4 vendors based on needs. We coordinate demos or issue RFPs, create vendor scorecards, and guide you through vendor Q&A, evaluation, and final selection. Every vendor receives the same information for a fair, transparent process.
