How does the vendor selection process work?

We start by gathering business and user requirements, then help clients shortlist 2–4 vendors based on needs. We coordinate demos or issue RFPs, create vendor scorecards, and guide you through vendor Q&A, evaluation, and final selection. Every vendor receives the same information for a fair, transparent process. 

Do you offer change management support during implementation?

Yes. Change management is a key part of our implementation services and includes: 

  • Custom training plans and materials 
  • Fun, engaging launch strategies to drive adoption 
  • Employee FAQ creation and support guides 

How do you ensure a smooth go-live and transition?

We conduct pre-launch verifications, including dual payroll runs (for HRIS/Payroll), PTO accrual checks, and benefit/garnishment accuracy reviews. During launch week, we’re on standby, manage an error/resolution tracker, and schedule follow-ups to ensure a seamless rollout. 

What happens if we’ve already selected a vendor?

Do you offer post-implementation support or system optimization?

How long does a typical project take?

Depending on the scope, most projects range from 8 to 24 weeks, including selection, implementation, change management, and training.
