A healthcare technology firm needed to hire a Vice President of Clinical Services to develop and manage their clinical operations, provide education and direction to the clinical professionals, and identify new revenue streams. This hire was a new position for the organization, and they were seeking candidates nationally to relocate to the Tampa area and assume this role. Although they had staff in place to recruit, a strong emphasis was put on this position and finding the best fit.
