Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Pamela’s role is to create and execute on a plan to identify, source, attract and hire the best fit talent for her clients. This includes identifying and defining the client’s specific hiring needs and developing creative methods around acquiring talent for the organization.
Pamela has 20 years of Talent Acquisition experience spanning all levels and types of recruiting – including executive, mid-level leadership, professional and high volume entry level recruiting in various industries and job categories including financial services, sales, accounting, customer service, human resources, IT, construction, real estate development and marketing. She has additional experience in talent planning, project management, and HR technology implementation.
Prior to joining livingHR, Pamela was with Regions Bank in Tampa in a Corporate Recruiter role for 5 years and prior to that she spent 18 years in roles with Bank of America both within Talent Acquisition and otherwise.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
