Talent Operations Manager
Michaela’s role as a Talent Operations Manager with livingHR is to assist with the operational aspect of delivering client solutions. This includes streamlining client onboarding, execution, and off boarding processes and ensuring that livingHR is adding value throughout every step of our partnership.
Prior to joining livingHR, Michaela gained experience in recruitment, learning & development, HCM & talent technology implementation, and project management. She has worked both on internal talent teams as well as with clients in retail, marketing, sales, and various professional services industries.
Michaela graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and has always been interested in applying this knowledge to the workplace through Human Resources. She has also been awarded her PHR.
