Founder & CEO
Keri’s built a robust career in the human capital space over the past 20 years. Her work has revolved around innovation in bridging gaps between employers and employees to create cultures where both the talent and the organization can thrive. Keri founded livingHR in 2009 to transform the world of work through a progressive culture- and people-first approach, and has since also launched a talent feedback technology platform called Talvibe.com (2016).
Keri is a frequent speaker on work, talent experience, talent/HR technology, culture, engagement, talent/employer brand, and talent management topics at industry conferences, and global symposiums. She also started leadership groups to progress women leaders in the workplace (FeLeague), HR as an industry (DisruptHR Tampa), Workplace Design and Culture (Culture & Cocktails). Prior to founding livingHR, Keri grew her experience at Fortune 100/500 organizations like Paychex, Pier 1 Imports, and Sealy in internal HR, Learning, Sales/Operations leadership roles, as well as consulting.
Keri studied Communications and Work/HR at Florida State University and Old Dominion University where she earned an Interdisciplinary Bachelor of Science. She holds senior HR designations with HCI (SPHR) and SHRM (SHRM-SCP). Keri is honored to have participated in Board of Directors, committees, and designed livingHR’s Cares Campaign to give back to organizations such as The Florida Aquarium, Community Tampa Bay, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Feeding Tampa Bay, Crisis Center of Tampa Bay (Woman in Action Committee/Development Committee), Tampa Bay Job Links, United Way SunCoast (Woman’s Leadership Committee), Tampa Connection (Board Member), Greater Tampa Bay Chamber (Committee).
